High-end industry-standard computer software is used throughout the production cycle; for example, Adobe Photoshop, Pagemaker and Corel Draw ensure cross-platform and cross-version compatibility with the dreaded ‘fonts’ problem a thing of the past. PostScript technology is employed throughout, from the use of Type 1 fonts, to high resolution in-house colour proofing up to A2 size using purpose-designed software printer drivers for accurate litho print. simulation, and with ICM colour management profiling in place at every stage. Consistent high quality is thus maintained throughout the workflow. Integrity and security of customers’ data is assured by RAID technology on hard-disk storage media, extensive high-power UPS (uninterruptible power supplies) operating throughout the networked equipment suite, and regular backups stored in a fireproof data-safe.
